yea just like the asshole who broke the bong me and my ~dead~ brother used to smoke out of ALL the time, promised to give me money back + extra to make up for the loss... soon afterwards he stole 20$ from me and has never gave me either... i say tell him he's got 3 days, then after that (assuming he's not underage and your 18+) beat the living shit out of him... some people just don't understand principals and guilt until it's forcibly applied to them...
