That's true. And Materazzi got up just fine afterwards. I think the reason he was rolling around on the floor was to get someone to notice.

I didn't like how the ESPN commentators were talking more about the incident than the actual game. Zidane this, Zidane that. It's unfortunate that his sparkling carreer was tarnished. But athletes always clash and emotions run high in all big games. I guess that the sport press is just more concerned about controversy and less about sport.
