Cause at a certain time you should administer ammonium nitrate.As soon as it tassles.So in your case you should wait till it acctually flowers before you start with all the nutes! Esspecially a bloom formula!Outdoors it has just what it needs to be it's best! I assure you!If you have been on a 20-20-20 feeding regular! Then when they flower the won't be lacking in nitrogen! Do your bloom formula 1 time a week,and stop 1 week before harvest.Watering with no nutes till harvest!
