Oh come on people. lets see, theres something in the corner (the one closest to your nose) of your eye called the tear duct. This duct diverts fluids from your eyes by draining them into your sinuses.

This is why when you cry, you sniffle a lot.

Therefore, these ducts can also allow fluids and liquids to travel back up them if the right ammount of pressure is applied.

Hence milk squirting out, and smoke being pushed out.
