Well, whether we *should* be teaching them that certain drugs are okay or not is a fair question. But we *are* teaching them that certain drugs are okay. We teach that alcohol is okay once you're 21 (or 18, or whatever your particular legal age is). And we teach that caffeine is okay. And we teach that nicotine and cigarettes are at least okay enough to be legal.

Perhaps instead of teaching children that this drug is okay and that drug isn't okay, we should just teach them to think rationally and make their own decisions, rather than cramming our (or others') opinions down their throats.
