Dig up the little seedlings and put them into plant pots for now, they wont survive outside this young realisticly, and about 30% of your plants will die if you plant em directly outside, you wanna bring em indoors for now mate cus theyre very delicate

I started mine off indoors on a sunny window sill for about the 1st month of there life, because when theyre young keeping em outside they are very vunerable and could die at the slightest pest infestation or gust of wind. It is a bit late for outdoor growing now, where are you growing? Do not give the plants any nutrients in the 1st couple of weeks of its life. After bout 3weeks (watering the plants every 3-4days) slowly start adding a little bit of Baby Bio or Miricle Grow into the watering can. Then just keep watering and adding a little miricle grow every 3-4days. After bout a Month or so move em outside into great outdoors.
