well i dont grow hydro... but i dont think your supposed to let the roots sit in the water... they need to be on a fill/drain cycle. If you let your plants sit in water for 7 days then you basically drowned them.

WTF? One minute you say hydro, the next you say soil? Do you even know what your growing in?

In hydro you dont let the roots sit in the water all the time, because they'll rot, same with soil.

But what are you growing in?

Are you growing in a pot with soil or in a hydro set up?

ok, what i am doing, is experimenting with non soil growing, not hydro.
and by soil i meant media

i am going to make a good hydro setup, or just grow soil from now on.

i think i will just use it for clones if it keeps goin down hill.
i think its to far into the grow to go into a soil pot.

    vermiculite and pearlite mix.

    not nutrients in it.
unless u get the "supercharged" perlite. it is like .5-.7-.7
    or sumthin

    ps.

i am having a great day!!! lol.
i dont know why. i just am, the plants are lookin like they are goin in the right direction. and i took a few clones today.

also, my test plant, that i used in my bubble cloner has root tips!!!!
and thats after sitting, dry, for like a week.
before i realised that my air pump i had was shit.
i went to wallmart and bought the best one i saw.
its for 20-60 gallon tank, and has two out puts:rasta:
