Formula 7.0 and includes heating pack (heating element), a flip cap (for dispensing), and a temperature strip (to make sure it's over 90deg fahrenheit), UPC code 77314 01101. Longest Shelf Life - 2+ Years, All Natural Coloring. (So, I'd say, don't get it on you if it's natural coloring, wouldn't it have to be somebody's pee?) Oh, it's synthetic! Now, another post states he called a phone number, and I didn't find any phone number anywhere in the package. So, you're on your own on that note.
As soon as I submit my test, I will follow-up this posting and report whether the product works, or if it doesn't, I will have lost out on this great job opportunity.
