"Personal" question for all those who grow!!

Here is what I am asking....

Have any of you smoked some of the leaves off of your freshly killed male from your crop? If you did, did it do anything for you?

I have to be honest...I just found the first male in my crop. I'm positive it was a male...first off, it was the ONLY indica dominant plant I had and it's the taller than my two sativa females that I have so far...2nd off, I thought it's preflowers were nuts but I let it go for a while just in case and now that they are starting to show sex, he showed nuts...soo off with his head!). I have read in some places that males have higher THC content than the females (I am aware that the thc content is super low during veg state, if there is any thc at all Im not sure? But I know if there is any it's not worth anything) during veggie state. It just left veggie state so I thought hm, it's worth a shot. I took some of the tops and the smaller leaves, layed them out in the sun for an hour or so, grinded them up, and smoked it out of my bong. It's nothing like bud, don't get me wrong, but I will admit that I am high! It's a pleasant little head buzz. I don't know how long it's going to last but it's the perfect feeling to go to work on. I'm not full out high or stoned, but nicely buzzin :thumbsup:

I read that a few others felt a reaction to some shake and Im happy to say it worked for me! I'm curious how many people do it? And I'm sure that there are people who always have bud and don't even bother, I know some people like this. But personally, I WILL be saving and smoking the male leaves occasionaly (when Im out of some real BUD) until harvest time!

Turn it into weed oil, not harsh as leaves and gets all the thc out of the whole plant. I use all leaves, trim, stems; dry em out crush and cut it all up, put in a jar with isopropyl alcohol overnight, strain the alcohol into a pot, and boil till all that's left is sticky tar.

put that in your pipe.

Males THC content are low all the time.... They're useless basically.

LIP, Im not sure where I read it. It just said males had a higher THC content during the vegetative state! I can't remember where I found it, but if I come across it again I will post a link. Just something I saw...

I am aware that the thc content in males is low to the point where its almost worthless.

420 i have also read that males have a higher thc content then females when it comes to leaves and stems but this level is still way lower then female bud. Usualy when the buds start forming on my plant i may take a little sample of the leaves and if it gives you a little buss then you know your gona get good shit :smokin:
