when to start using flower ferts uk

hi all just wondering when should i start using my flower ferts in the uk.
i think 15th of july would be a good time but thats my guess.
also should i flush the soil before i use the flower ferts.
one of my blue mistic has alot of calyxs and pistil s and they stink illl proberly feed them one last shot of veg fert today depending on your answers thankz all.:rasta: :rasta:

dont start the flowering nutes until the plant starts showing pistils

most of my plants already have pistils but the person in my grow shop said that i should still feed with veg ferts because the plants just show there sex quickly. but ill proberly be feeding with bio bloom in mid july what that be good and then flush the plants 2weeks before harvest.
