i agree with everything stated in the first post maybe for chat we should try more of the AIM approach being able to change the background color of font and the color of the font itself,
and maybe being able to have a little picture of your avatar next to your name on the list where it says people in chat because i know for a lot of people such as myself i remember a lot of people by their avatar and not there username.
