Well my cab is 4x4x2 with a 400watt hps and 2 cfls. I don't have a vented hood yet and with only passive intakes and a dayton 265 for my only exhaust and 2 fans moving air inside the cab. my temps are mid 80's so with your set-up I don't see any reason why you'd have any problems with heat.

Aprox 2 to 3 inch are taken up by the bottom hollow area with the cosmetic wood strip, but I may use that area to run 1 or 2 small passive intake with some PVC piping under the cab. Well, I want to use a 400w air cooled hps/mh swhichable. The hood has the sealed enclosure with4" flange. The hood measures 20x15x8 or so. I will use a 250cfm or more Squirrel cage fan to Rating: 5
