    4X2X36 400W AIR COOLED?

OK, I am wondering if you guys think that I can do this without it being a headache in the making. Cab measurements are 4x2x36. Aprox 2 to 3 inch are taken up by the bottom hollow area with the cosmetic wood strip, but I may use that area to run 1 or 2 small passive intake with some PVC piping under the cab.
Well, I want to use a 400w air cooled hps/mh swhichable. The hood has the sealed enclosure with4" flange. The hood measures 20x15x8 or so. I will use a 250cfm or more Squirrel cage fan to cool the light which will be vented to the outside of the cab on both ends, so not to draw any heat in from the grow chamber. I will also use a 280cfm 4" vortex fan with charcoal filter vented out side of the room to cool the grow chamber. I will probably also have two active intakes as well. One 80cfm fan to blow fresh air over the canopy and another to blow under the screen, scrog grow, or I may just use 4 smaller CPU fans to spread the air flow out since the cab is so long, along with 1 or 2 honey well wall mounted fans.
One other thing, with the cab being so low, will I lose a substantial amount of light penetration towards the ends of the cab do to it being so long and the light being so low? For all intended purposes I could go with the taller version, but I would prefer this set up, but like I said, I don't want to build myself a headache if it can be avoided.

Thanks a head of time for any feed back.
    Adieu

Well my cab is 4x4x2 with a 400watt hps and 2 cfls. I don't have a vented hood yet and with only passive intakes and a dayton 265 for my only exhaust and 2 fans moving air inside the cab. my temps are mid 80's so with your set-up I don't see any reason why you'd have any problems with heat.

Thank you for your reply. It sounds like a close sittuation, except you have 4 extra SQF, but at the same time you arn't using an air cooled hood, so that might make up for the differanse in the SQF.
Anyone else have some thoughts on this?
