If not, I always have a pack of gum in pocket. Chew gum, it helps the dry mouth big time, and tastes good too.
I was gonna say this too. Gum will increase your saliva production. Plus, unlike water and milk you can easily keep some in your pocket. I find sour gum works better than minty gum.
