Well I wouldn't worry about it if any of your close relatives don't have any mental illness (not counting depression, anxiety, phobias, etc), you're probably in the clear

I'm not sure of your age (I'm guessing a teen), but if you're around the age of 20-25 by chance, then you're almost certainly in the clear, as something such as Schizophrenia generally (in men) presents itself then
