Jasc Paint Shop Pro 7 and 9 is what i use...

Paint Shop Pro 7 comes with Animation Shop 3

I search google for tutorials... that is all I use...

U can go onling to places like Gifworks and Image Magick... wait and I'll look up those links,I got them sum,were here...
