Use as many as you can and keep as close to plant as you can. Lumens =buds. Look into a 250 watt MH/HPS if you can deal with the heat. If your grow area is bigger, then get bigger. The reward is at harvest.

Everyone says window light won't work to grow a marijuana plant, however, my mate currently has 6 successfully grown females right now, grown purly from the natural sunlight in his large door patio window. He has no gear at all and just waters them every 2nd day. Everyone keeps telling me window light is useless, get a CFL-- and a high powered one at that. Don't you worry about someone seeing it threw your window.

Sure it's fun.
But is it worth getting busted over?

I have a CFL though, so of course I should just use that right?

Sure you can. You'll be successful, but I dont recommend that CFL for flowering though .
