Storage and preservation for Pollen?

I am growing lowryders: I am keeping one male and one female for pollenating and seeding.

I was wondering if there was any specific way to obtain and preserve the pollen, I want to get the pollen and ditch the male, and use one female for seeding.

On the topic, how much pollen do I sprinkle on the female and in what manner?

I did a search but only portions of what I want to know turned out. I need a direct answer.
