Instead of being a douche like the rest ill give ya some tips, if you wanna meet some cool down to earth people go hang out at Pipes Plus on Guadalupe. Its a chill ass hookah bar, the owner is real down to earth the kind guy that would sit down and smoke a bowl with you (hookah) and the people are all freindly. theres also live music there all the time (not great music) but its cool. also if you wonder up stairs they have a AWSOME collection of glass tubes ect...

I'm moving to the Austin area myself. I've been attempting to find a place to rent, as I would prefer to rent a room in a house, but I may have to get an apartment. I'll let you all know when I get down there.
