every day smoker over 30 years
dude the only remedy that works is water, drinking lots of it, so much in fact that youll be every 20 minutes, start sweating and probrably feel like shit. but thats what it takes. mixing working out and excessive amounts of h2o and you should be fine brotha.:thumbsup:
