first timer

Guys, I just got my seeds from Armsterdam... I got 5 of them, and I need people to fill me in on how i should get started with it. Simple way please, my brain can't fit too much info hahah. Anyway, I wanna know what I should do to make it sprout.. and what are the tools needed for in door growing in.. oh yeah I'm in China by the way! air here is quite moist, could humidity be a concern?
