Well, if you have seeds right now, your a little late for outdoors, it would be close if you were to germ now, then have them in a pot or ground by late july. i am not familiar with htose strains, youd hate to be hitting prime flowering in the wet season accompanied by a early frost.
As for where to grow,Depends on where you live. If you have a high fenced yard, old neighbours, a bit of privacy and a place to hide them , grow em at home. Grow them small, there is many methods to keep em little here, but the risk is there of course. If you actually want to go through with a outdoor show, its always good to pre scout your grow spot in the bush. Example....water, close and available all summer, secluded, gets alot of sun and so on.

It all depends on where you live and whats available outdoors, mine are 1.5 hrs away, and not even the birds can find them. Its great.
