    Chronic smokers (6 months+)

I've been smoking everyday (or almost everyday) since about january 06, well it's july and i'm jobless (due to layoff). N E ways, I was wondering how long I would have to stop smoking before I should be clean enough to take drug test when I start job searching? I'm about 5'7', 160lbs, female, I exercise maybe twice a week (going to push it to 5 days now) and drink water occasionally.

I know taking vitamins, exercising and drinking massive amounts of water will help, but I just need some opinions on a good time frame when I might be clean. Last I smoked was umm.. july 3, 2006. I'm not in a rush, I have 2 months give or take a few days (thank you for unemployment checks)...

Thanks for the opinions in advance.

Best advice would be to stop now. Everyone differs in regards to how long it takes to get clean. If getting a job is important, put the blunt down for a minute.

i stopped smoking for the same reasons (plus i moved) i just passed my drug test and i hadn't smoked for about 7 1/2 weeks, which is also more than you have to. I read somewhere that some guy didn't smoke for 2 1/2 weeks and he still passed. Just make sure u drink water all the time and excercise or whatever else u can do to sweat alot. Also i had smoked almost everyday for like 3 years so i was still a bit paranoid but like i said, i passed.
