Has Anyone Used Marinol?

I ate three once and it wasn't anything special.

You're high for sure, but there is something missing, it didn't feel natural. Just stick with the real stuff if it's possible.

Then again I took them recreationally, it may be just the trick for your mother's pain.

Other than that I don't know about prices or anything, mine were free.

they cost ten to 15 bucks per pill.
they take forever to work and then come on way too strong.
but I kinda like em!

I need to know if anyone who smokes has also used marinol. My mother has a SEVERE case of MS and I am debating on whether or not I should move out to cali or somewhere that has cannabis clinics, or if I should look into getting her a prescription for marinol. Basically, I want the stronger of the two with the least side effects. Anybody done both?

BTW: I smoke, but as bad as my mom is she needs it everyday, so also which is more expensive?

I have done both, and i gave up the Marinol. Too trippy and just gave me severe cottonmouth.

I agree. Marinol sorta immobilized me. Cannabis activates me.

i've used it a couple of times, not trying to get into 'other psychotropics' discussion, just trying to offer my opinion....

i think it's actually too strong... i mean with any other form of weed, there is some level of control, with this, there is none, one pill can even cause an 'over powered' 'high' in which you get nasuea, depends on the person, and the situation i guess...

either way, i recommend sticking to cannabis... i have done both at the same time, so they ~seem~ to be relatively safe in combination...

I tried it and didn't like it. It was OK to start with, but was like eating too large a dose at the end. Also, the buzz wasn't "whole". It was as if you were only getting a part of the buzz.
