anyone have advie on the substitue method!

just wanted to know what tricks anyone has used , asfar as temperature of substitute urine goes hidind technics, thanks for the help, ive also been clean for 3 weeks should i dilute or use my clean urine? thanks for the help...........

I used something called quick-fix. Basically clean piss I bought at a store. It came in a little bottle and a pocket warmer that I strapped to the bottle to keep it warm.

If you've went 3 weeks clean, then you should be on the edge of being completely clean. I'd just drink a shitload of water and take your vitamins. You should be fine.

Dude, invest in a home test and find out if you need to worry. I recently passed a UA using Quick Fix also, but I was still testing positive the night before the test so I had no choice. I had no problem getting the bottle warm enough, in fact it got too warm (it was a hot day) and I had to sit in the parking lot until it cooled down some (then they didn't even look at the temp. strip where I took my test at a Quest clinic).
