Some mushrooms are deadly poisonous, while some will just make you vomit, while some will do nothing but give you the runs for a week. Hard to tell. You have to research it first so you know exactly what you're eating. Eating a shroomy you find on your lawn could easily kill you, and who wants to die trying to get high from a shroom you found on your lawn...?
