I was in a very similar situation when I finished high school. I didn't know what i wanted to do with my life and I didnt have the kind of money to waste on college when i didnt even know what i wanted. So i took a year off, found a crappy job (You can stick out any job for a little while, you need money) working in customer service. Durring that time I realized I coulnt be stuck doing the same thing day in day out for the rest of my life, so i took a step way way back and just rethought everything. I had been thinking of some kind of career in business, civil engineering, but I didnt want to do something so mundane forever.

So i thought about all the things I had ever been interested in or good at... And I started going to photography school. There are hundreds of things open to me in my field. Right now my focus is landscape. So while I spend a lot of time in dark rooms I spend the majority of my time outside walking around shooting anything...

**THE BEST ADVICE I CAN GIVE YOU**

Dont let ANYONE push you into something you arent sure you wanna do. Take your time find something you love. REMEMBER THIS IS GOING TO BE YOUR CAREER. You dont wanna wake up in 15 years and hate your life.
