Dear Self.

Life is shit right now. I just graduated high school, I want to go to college, but most of the courses, are restricted because I only have certain kinds of courses. (this system is so stupid) Some high school courses dont even involved anything with the courses in college, and yet they expect you to have it.

Anyways I could barley make college, and I cant find a job! I guess no one is hiring, NOT EVEN THE GROCERY STORE! FUCK MCDONALDS, Im a HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATE. If that has anything to do with a shitty job.
Anyways I have no Clue to what im doing with my life, I think I would better be off Dead, then be forced to do something i dont wanna do, My moms pushing me to hurry up on what course I want to take in college. (i have no clue what i want to do) I also dont want to waste money on a college course and then drop out and not get that money back, because it would probably be such a gay course. This is pure stress and smoking weed wont cure this.

I would better be off dead, But im not commiting suicide, because thats a suckas way out. So i guess joining the army is the best choice for me, even though i dont believe in some of the things the army does, like invade other countries and bullshit.....i dont wanna get in politics right now.
But id rather be shot dead in the head and die instantly, then commit suicide.
So ya man i know theres people in these boards maybe in the same position as me, with relatives asking what are you taking in college???(is that what everyone does? go to college?) Why cant we start a full time carreer without the bullshit, and just train us on the spot and hire quick learners such as myself.......... Whatever im just expressing myself and if this sounds gay, then its whatever, I cant control your opinions.

I'm in a very similar position. In that, I am a highschool graduate also and don't know what to do. However I look at the positive side of things. Just find out what's important to you and do it.

I'm in the same situation as you are, man. I know what I want to do in college, and I want to pursue that course but I'm being pushed out of the house, and I can't even find a job. The rent is moving away to some warm state, won't say where stupid bitch, and is expecting me to pretty much make everything on my own, except for half of tuition, which is a big help in the long run, I know.

But, it hurts not being able to find a job anywhere, mostly because the place of my college is 40 minutes away and its really really hard to get gas money and stuff to go there without a job, ya know?! It's just a fucking vicious cycle, and shit is so screwed up in my life, I feel the same way. I'd rather be killed in the army then commit suicide, but I hate the army just as much as I hate suicide. I don't want to be under the command of Bush, so I decided no matter what I wouldn't join the army until he is out of office.

i hear ya man i graduated high school last year my grades were too shitty for college i tried my hand at being an electrician learned i sucked at it and quit after 2 months the girl i fell in love with stoped liking me my friends all went to college or became assholes i cant get a job i just dont have the will too plus id need a car to get to work but i cant drive for shit and i have no money to get one even if i could drive so i sit at home by myself most of the time just talking to myself so not to be lonely sometimes i just want a stray bullet fired from anywhere to find its way to my head but i dont want to kill myself

Instead of not knowing where you want to go next with your life in a bad way, look at it as a great new thing. You have the whole world in front of you. You can do anything now that you escaped that decade long period you were imprisoned in school. Serious, get excited. Maybe try your hand in the military or the Peace Corps. for a few years, then take some classes, or move to Europe.

Either way, don't look at the unknown future as something depressing and dark.

It's an unwritten book. Fill in the pages with the most interesting and fruitful life you can live.

your still in high school you have time i burned out after high school im one of those guys you see that had his best years there which i can only really say was my senior year the others sucked i will only be remebered by the students at the high school as the kid named mike cox and theyre all starting to forget about me anyways

Did you know you have to be highly qualified to get into the peace corp? I mean they say you don't, but they say that degrees in etc etc will seriously help you get picked when the time comes. It's harsh, I looked into that.
