Do some people experience after they high, they get a weird tight pressure on the eyeball and a weird tight pressure on your head. I had this for about 2 weeks to be exact. I tried taking asprin but it didnt really work. Like when I move my eyes around it feels like its strained tight pressure. Sounds to me a withdrawal but not quite sure.

Maybe it's the strand that you're smoking.

A tension headache usually hurts the back of your head, base of your neck/top shoulder area.

Your MJ is not the cause of increased tension behind your eyes.
Mj DECREASES occular pressure up to 30% within minutes and is used by many to treat headaches, eye strain and related ailments. I use it to combat migraines and high pressure that leads to vision problems.

I cant diagnose your cause but I can rule out marijuana.

I remember when I used to smoke Schwag, I used to get headaches everytime I smoked it, since I was getting used to Chronic buds. But yea, dont worry. It might be the bud.

The only reason you would get headaches from smoking pot is from the addidives (ie, unflushed ferts, pesticides, herbicides etc. ) that some amateur or irresponsible grower used ;
or from smoking from a device that is leaking chemical compounds.
Clean Mj will not do this. It works on the body in the opposite direction.
It heals occular pressure. Its verifiable, measureable science.

It is certainly not the cannabis. THC has been used for years and years to lower blood pressure and pressure in the eyes of glucoma pantients.

It's the same for everyone, so i can say 100% its not the cannabis, and nothing can argue with that.

I smoked from a volcano vaporizer. Man was that a nice high lol
But yeah I was getting the tight pressure around my eyeball, but usually on the top of my eyeballs.

You can likely rule out the vaporizer. It is touted to be the safest method of inhalation.

I have never had this sensation.
Perhaps try MJ from a different source and compare your reaction. It may likely be added compounds. These can get into the smoke in many ways intentionally or accidently. What I mean is the grower could be using some nasties to combat pests, not flushing the plant prior to harvest, or overspray from crop dusters if the weed is grown on/near farmland.
Also, north america is pretty paranoid about mosquitos and west nile virus and spray wild areas to combat it. (futile and harmful but thats another story ) It could be any number of things.
The only time I got a headache after smoking was ferts not flushed.
Usually, high concentrations of chem compounds will be detectable in experienced smokers.
Avoid weed that is hard to light/keep lit even though it is dry, ashes black, and tastes 'off' and leaves a feeling of film on your tongue. You can also soak a bud in a little warm tap water until the bud is soaked through, then take a look at the water for any irridescence or film.
