    I'm sick..

In my head. I feel like I just...cracked.. I day dream about running away but it's not solving any problems. I'm starting to hate my friends. I love them. But I want them to leave me alone. Considering anti-depressents. Advice?

Go on a vacation or a little trip, like a weekend get away. Or just take a couple days off and enjoy them alone at home. Or just wait it out. If things just seem to be getting gradually worse than perhaps consider seeing someone. Chin up, tomorrow could always be better than today.

Yeah i agree with token, Take a little vacation. A little break from the busy life and your friends for some peace and relaxation. If you do choose to take
anti-depressents be careful, they never really did the trick for me and sometimes made me worse

Being depressed for spells is a normal human condition.

The pharmacuetical industry will have you believe its not.

Exfexxor, prozac, wellbutrin etc are amphetimine based products and are addictive and have bad side effects once you stop using them, which makes you reliant on them continuously.

This is what the pharm industry enjoys as it is a multibillion dollar industry to diagnose millions of kids with "chemical imbalances" .

The depression after ceasing these products can make you more depressed and or sick with pounding headaches.

Provided the depression is of the general type and not related to some tramatic life event then it is most likely dietary.

Deficiencies of ascorbic acid, folic acid, amino acids and fish oil can correct this problem.

Ascorbic acid, (vitamin c) converts the amino acids, tyrosine and L-tryptophan to seratonin. Vitamin C also stimulates norephinephine.
All amino acids can be found in protien based foods.

If any dietary building blocks are missing the others cant function their job.

Marijuana stimulates Dopamine release. Smoking regularly then ceasing and the brain notices the change in dopamine and wants more, depression can follow a lack of dopamine that the mind was used to. Moderation is key.

Your mind is not deficient of a synthetic man made chemical.

Nature has had this figured out for millions of years.

No m'dear, you don't need to shut up about it. I feel for ya, I've felt the same way lately, and have been considering anti-depressants myself, but I don't think I'm going to go that route because I doubt it well help me. I should try some Vitamin C and some of the other things mentioned about above.. It's definitely tough, and even though my name is Soul of Hope, it's more of trying to be an optimist even though I fail and am quite depressed.

Anyway, as I said don't shut up, talking about things helps, because it's better then keeping your emotions bottled up.

I hope you have some success with feeling better, I sure hope I do too.

Take it easy, and blaze it to help in the meantime...
