    Sadness of an Olympic proportion

So, I've been in Oly for awhile now, and since, as far as I can determine, all the smoke friendly people in the area have either died or relocated, I'm just about ready to hold a funeral. Or perhaps I'll just advertise a Day of Mourning... <<sigh>>

Gee, that's broad encouragement... there's at least 8! I'll assume for now that you mean those around the downtown area. For now, I'll sparingly use what bud I have left and try and muster up an interest in coffee....

Well coffee is good ... but starbucks also has other thing. Try a green tea frap. Anyway, hang out at those for a little while, or if all else fails, try Evergreen college. Somebody's got to be selling there.

Yeah, Evergreen is... well... exactly that. I think part of my problem is that when it comes to smoking, I'm hesitant about approaching people I don't know, not to mention that you never know what you're going to get (life is like a box of chocolates and a bag of weed....) And thanx for the tip of the green tea frap - totally going to try it.

If you spark up some conversation with somebody over a green tea frap, just work pot into the conversation. Say nothing about buying it. Most dealers will tell you something like "Well if you ever need any, just give me a holler." or "so uh ... you looking for something?" or something to that effect. They'll be a little obvious. Especially here.

damn man, thats the same city i use to live in and believe me, there are alot of pot/meth users there. Plus i had several dealers and smoked nearly everyday for like 3 years, and if i wasn't greedy, i smoked with a gang of people, so believe me, its there.
    p.s. no i didn't smoke meth

anything memorable usually requires an extent of discomfort. some of the best herbal memories I have are when I'm desparate for a sac and I'm unusually motivated to do typically uncharacteristic things to acquire one. usually I'll have to exhaust several options and sometimes ask several people in order to achieve my objective. but making a goal of it will yield a sac and long-lasting memories. "[not knowing] what you're going to get" only enhances the experience:smokin:

I'm not sure why my last post got nerfed, as I was trying to just explain that Im in the same area with the same sadness.

Anyway, Marsipan I hope you're doing well & could give an update of how things went.

Im also interested in finding similar friends who are friends of the environment.

    Cheers all
