How do you make a bowl "cherry"?

i think he means he cant get it to stay cherried.....and i know what he means cause my bowls rarely stay cherried. but if you want it to, just grind it up really well and torch it your first hit.

I usually get cherries from packing the bowl tightly. I take a strong first pull to ignite everything and it usually stay lit. If you cap the bowl after a pull, you're depleting oxygen and the 'cherry' will go out.

you have to break it up pretty small and pack it tight. works like a charm

grind it up really well so its nice and fine then mabye let it completley dry overnight, then pack a dense bowl, hold the lighter for a bit longer and suck a bit harder.
