This is basically the best method to use. I frequently smoke in the shower because of the wife and she rarely ever can tell. When you start the shower, make sure you turn on the fan at the same time. This will give a headstart in catching the smoke. I also try to blow the smoke as close to the fan as possible. Good luck.

EDIT: Another thing you can do is wet a washcloth and when you're exhaling, exhale into the wet washcloth, helps to trap the smoke....and no, you won't smell like weed from using the washcloth.
