I have had A plant that been growing for about two days (Thanks to the help of Tom Swierzbinski) , well actully I have no plant yet as nothing has sprouted I have A cuple CFLs how much time should I leave the lights on? Does 9:00AM to 9:00PM sound good? thanks.

Hi JUSTIN...
if you don't have a plant, you don't really need a light.. unless you are using it to keep your seed warm (helps with germination)..
you sure as hell don't need 2 lights..

when the seed does sprout, you should leave the light on for a minimum of 18 hours..

You probably already now, but just incase, get the lights on the plant as soon as it sprouts. You should be able to ghet them about 1 inch away from the plant.
