So what stops you from buyin nirvana strains and then getting something like diesel or true blueberry for your freebie when that cost upwards of 100$?

It's the luck of the draw. Plus, could you imagine the circumstances under which they would give seeds away? You never really know what condition the free seeds will be in, and can't really complain if they're crushed or otherwise not able to be used.

Please don't post how the seeds are shipped. I'm sure the federales already know, but just in case they don't about this method or that method, doesn't it make sense not to do their jobs for them by posting that info publicly?
