No not a chance in hell. You def need to read more. If you dont feel like reading then you wont be able to grow anything worth smoking. MJ takes a lot of care and effort whether it be outdoor or indoor and sprinkling some seeds in "good" soil and just letting them grow into monster buds is a common misconception that new growers have. If anything you would probably harvest very seedy stringy crappy bud that wouldnt be worth the time to trim it. My advice: first pick a method of growing, indoor or outdoor. Once you have picked that the research all the different ways of growing and pick the one that seems best suited for you and your situation.
