Extra Foot?

I want 3 Foot Plants, and from expereince those lil guys like to grow more even after 12/12 is force. So if i bud it at 2 ft will it end up about 3 ft in the end?

I'd do it at like 18" (18" x 2 = 3ft) that's probably closer, but with 3 footers you need side lighting, hard for anything but a 500-1000w light to penetrate that far from the top.

42" - 48" is more like it by the time your plant finishes.

YES.. flower NOW...

a plant will have a tremendous growth spurt.. most of the times doubling their height in the first 2-3 weeks after flowering is induced... then they will stop growing verticaly and begin to work on making YOU buds..

if you got the loot phosphload will keepem any height you want after using it for the last 2 batches I would never go without it not only does it stop vertcal growth it starts flowering I noticed plants don't really start good production untill the strech stops so if you do it in the 1 st week you get a few extra days(7-10) of flower that would normally be streching

You'll see an explosion of growth within the first 2 weeks of 12/12. It'll get alot more secondry growth, pistilles, or male pollen sacks and much taller. If you average it at about double the hight you'll be in the right area.

Also as someone else suggested unless you got a 100 watter you may want to think about CFl's side lighting or maybe just normal strip fluos.

I have found that the plant should triple in height during the 12/12 cycle.
and remember if you are using c02
that you are accellerating the growth cycle quite a bit
so make sure you have enough room or better yet use LST low stress training or sea of green method if they are getting too big.

I have overgrown my space a few times and it really sucks to have to chop off a plants head early.

or harvest a plant early cuase you need the room.
but if your lucky it'll happen!

Are you using this in a hydro grow or soil?
Are you still getting monster colas?

can yu post a picture of plants that have been treated with this stuff?

When do you use it (in the plants life cycle)? As soon as you swutch to 12/12?

I use it in hydro but it can be used with either. I veg 21 days to get them the height I want switch to flower on the 8 day I use a half cup of the phosophload for 3 days that is half the recommended dose for a 3rd the time any thing more than that it gives a little fert burn with the strain I am running currently. Here is a pics of the 1st grow using it with juicy fruit a strain that I was running a while back. Unfortanatley I do not have the pics to compare it to without but I guarantee it made a difference. I belive in order to show an increase you have to veg a little longer to get them the right height maybe a week. The same plants without it were a foot taller this is at 31 days it yielded about 100 gs when finished which was about a 20 g increase from the previous and like I said a foot shorter it could just be by keeping them compact more of the lower buds developed since the light could get to them which I could then use as buds instead of making hash like I normaly do but either way a plus
