"Doors of Perception" is by Aldous Huxley, one of my favs, he was really into drugs and married a girl that lived a block away from me
I'm now reading "The Shining". I always wanted to see the movie but I got the eBook first. After that I'm going to begin in Poe's "The Narrative of Arthur Gordon Pym of Nantucket", sounds wicked too...

I read Lovely Bones a year or so ago. It was a good story, not a classic though. I need to find a good book to read this summer and I don't want to waste my time with a crap read.

I read "The Lovely Bones" a couple years ago too. Pretty sad, and at points hard-going, but a good read. I liked the idea of her heaven smelling of skunk. That was cool.

2. American Gods or Anansi Boys- Neil Gaiman
3. The Three Musketeers- Alexandre Dumas
4. Good Omens- Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett
5. Watership Down- Richard Adams

This list is so cool. It says "I love a bit of darkish, comic fantasy, and adventure. And I also like fluffy rabbits." I bet you love the film Labyrinth.

I'd recommend all the above; KingJustin's list is a lot like mine would have been a few years ago. Good Omens would probably be higher though, like #1 or something.
