I'm just gonna save you your time and your weed. Just don't use a black n mild for weed. The only real good way is to squeeze the black around until you get all of the tobacco out and right when you are near the tip just tear the flap near the end you'd smoke it and you'll see like a tan/yellowish paper, don't worry about damaging the black because it wont damage, just pull that paper as hard as you can until it comes out. Then put some tobacco back in and then put your weed in and twist off the end smoke it. That's how I did it, I don't do that anymore though because the wrap burns so much faster than a normal blunt wrap would.

Should I split it with a razor and roll it or empty the bacci out and pack it up?
