Minor Light Leaks...
Well, I have major light leaks in my closet and have managed to sort out 50% of them with some skillfully placed Mylar. Still theyre only Lowryders, so it doesnt really matter...
And no, the 14w CFL wont cause any problems whatsoever. MJ plants that grow in the wild have light leaks each night from the stars and moon, and they do just fine. Incandescents DO deliver lumens, but theyre in the wrong spectrum, which is why plants stretch so much under them. I wouldnt worry about small light leaks; they can be sorted out with some tin foil anyway (remember, use the dull side only).Tom Swierzbinski Reviewed by Tom Swierzbinski on . Minor Light Leaks... i always read everyone sayin that the distance from bulb is very important as far as deliverance of maximum lumenocity. I also read that incadescents dont deliver any lumens to begin with... So... If my grow box has a few cracks at the hinges and such, where light can possibly leak thru...but.... the light is coming from a incadescent closet light or a little 14w CFL (plus these lights are across the room), then there should be no problemo right? Also what about outside light the leaks Rating: 5
