Weird bud?

I got some bud last night, 10 Gs for thirty bucks of brown frown, something I have never bought before, and things are dry though soâ?¦

Once I got it home though it kinda looked dark green, brown and black. Is this moldy weed? It doesnâ??t smell weird, and doesnâ??t have any growth on it just some blackish leaves, I am worried about smoking it if its moldy though.
