I am moving Sept.30th, this landlord is trying know to say ,1) air conditioning,which he ran all last year,,He said I must pay for ALL the $$ of the hydro,-air conditioning,I said NO, & to turn it off, as I am NOT paying it,( but I do pay for the hydro I use,he even rips me there as I give him $100 extra a month for my hydro use??),,, 2) I do not know what to do here, he will steal my medicine when it is drying, he will try to get it when I am at the doctors??, what should I do ??. Also he is trying to say I must shapoo these 20 year old carpets, that are so old, & is that not wy I pay rent ???. Thanks Everyone !!!! Lots !!!!! Any input is well appreciated !!!!!!!
