My landlord came down on June 30th (last day of that month, got my $$ for July,& still has last months deposit ),he said, I must move as he has someone to move in for Aug.1st ??. I have paid until Aug.31st, my legal crop will not be ready until Aug.15 or so????. Is there anything I can do,( I called the landlord & tenents act, they told me ,he cannot kick me out, but now he says ,since I connected a 220 volt wire,which runs my boxes,my grow boxes. Can he do this 2 months before I am to leave?? (Sorry about landlords act, she said to give him a letter on June 30th ,stating I am terminating my tenency Aug.31st which I am paid up until???. Could anyone HELP ME PLEASE ??!!!. I am disabled & my mind is starting to go crazy.( about the 220 volt dryer connection I put in, went above code,have 15 amp breakers on each timed plug,8 gauge steel coated wire. Please Any Suggestions, or Help ?????. Much Much Appreciated !!!!!! [email protected] He thinks I was going to move, which I wasnt, but now I must ??????? ( the only extra $$ I pay him is for electricity, but when the bill comes in,I offered to pay in advance yesturday. Please help ??
