the emergency room thing is skewed info. if you so much as let on that you smoke weed, they list it as a marijuana related injury. same with the rehab thing. the courts send these people to rehab, they didnt go because they were "addicted to weed." the reason % of marijuana rehab has gone up is because the % of marijuana arrests has gone up and the more serious drugs(crack meth heroin) arrests rates have gone down. good job dea thataway to keep crime off the streets.
