So who knew about this "eon8" craze?

Apparently the world was supposed to end, or we were supposed to reach nuclear winter at 12 AM on July 1st, but nothing happened.

I'm just wondering who knew about it on here and what your thoughts are about it. If you don't know what I'm talking about, feel free to ask because I don't feel like typing a complete explaination out unless it's completely necessary.

On topic, yeah, I've sorta had this belief that the world MIGHT just end on December 22nd or 23rd in the year 2012. So...at least I know if my life turns out like shit, I only have another 5 years of it. lol
