Well different places have different prices as u know. If you go the internet route u could be paying a little extra for something good, but any regular head shop u should do just fine in getting what u need for 30 dollars. You wont have the option to pick from every piece you see there but u will be able to get a very good quality pipe for 30 dollars at most smoke shops Make sure to post the picture of it once u get it.
