I like all sizes and shapes, and the most important thing is that the girl is comfortable and confident with what god gave her (i.e. I don't really like unnaturals, unless to enhance very small breasts).
Guys should be careful about superficially worshiiping large breasts, as breast size has been a source of insecurity for young girls.
As for perfection ..... I think that it's more complicated than just size. It's about symmety, firmness (scaled for age considerations), and breast-to-waist ratio. The B-to-W ratio takes overall body size into account so that petite women can be measured on the same scale as larger framed women.
Just remember that the primary purpose of breasts are to feed little Joey, and for that .... a small mouthful is enough.
