I find it hilarious that kids still think parents are that dumb. Yeah, my teenage kid "found" some pot plants. I use to think my parents were dumb, but not that dumb, but later on down the road, they confessed they knew everything I was up to. Parents aren't stupid. They wonder why their kid is bringing random plants into the house for no reason, so suddenly. Ibet your buddy is the kind REALLY interested in horticulture, right.

Stupid plan, and by the sounds of it, he couldn't grow, harvest, cure any kind of marijuana if his life depended on it.

well you better hurry up cuz depending on where you live you dont have much time to plant and they wont have much time to veg before they begin to flower so i would start them now.

Sounds like your doing it under cover so your not gonna have all you need. If I were you I'd just wait like i'm doing until you get older and get all the right equipment and then grow. I'd rather use my seeds to produce big buds with all the right equipment than use that same seed to do a not-so-good grow with poor results.

I wouldnt bet on getting loads of 'free' bud. I grow my own, and my mate has asked me a few times if 'I want to quick dry some bud and come over'. He might read this, so this is for him - and you...

Im willing to smoke mates up for free, but not all the time. Im the one who has to pay for the electric and tend to the plants each day, keeping pests off them and monitoring pH levels etc. Its bloody hard work I tell ya. And no, I dont really want to keep harvesting them early and quick drying bud because 1. The potency is shite if harvested too early and 2. When you quick dry it, it tastes like shit. No herby, skunky taste at all. When I harvest, and if ive got enough to share (Lowryders dont yield much ya know) Ill tell you. The only plant Im prepared to harvest early is the Lowryder in the garden, and thats only so I can have a smoke for my birthday, and Ill probably get between 4 and 5 grams dry off her. It takes about 70 days for a Lowryder to reach peak potency, so I wanna be able to have enough left for myself to tide me over until the next harvest.

Moral of the story: err... oh yeah, let the grower do his thing, and the rewards will find you...

My friend's going to start growing his shit, so that means free bud for me!:rasta:

His plan is to start collecting a bunch of normal plants from the woods and bringing them into his house, and making sure his parents notice that he's doing this. That way, if they find the weed plant, he can just say "I found it."

Either that or we'll just grow it in the woods.

My dad would've kicked my ass twice. The first one for growin the weed in his house, and the second for insulting his intelligence lol.

Stick with the woods. That way your friend doesnt put his parents at risk.
