COMPUTER HELP!

I have bearshare and their is this folder called shared files on it I dont know what they are it says their is 1,408,430,012 bytes in 6956 files and when i click on one it says "can not open setup.exe The system cannot find the file specified" their all things like saw2 full movie, playboy hardbodies just a bunch of random shit I never downloaded and I dont know why their on their is it ok for me to delete them all?

so theirs this folder that when i click on it brings me to like 6 thousand files and their all files i never downloaded.....wrote this cuz i made it kind of confuesing

Delete it then, De-frag your pc. Ie- My computer>Right click C drive> Propertys>Disk defragment. And get adware se And do a spyeware scan. And clean the registy if you know how. Is this a used pc???

just delete 'em dude, that's how your computer makes sure it has enough to room to download said file, by 'taking up' as much space as the file would, tho it's not really taken up, the computer just reads it that way... in a sense it does take up the space, but at the same time, the file is blank...
