I think curtain parts of canada are similar to Amsterdam in some ways.
Victoria I here is the most hippied out area up there.
But not sure really.
BC has some breeders up there.

Found one above the "New Amsterdam" before I encountered that one. Vancouver Fuckin' Rocks!!! ended up arriving on canada/cannabis day, and had alot of fun.
