You are in a bind my man. Less than three weeks clean is usually not good enough for an everyday, longtime smoker. I'm in that category and was still testing positive after six weeks of not smoking (and that was one long six weeks!). I gave up at that point so I don't know how long it would have taken to pass a test naturally. All of those drinks and dilution methods scared me because I've read too many posts by people who failed their tests that way. I recently passed a preemployment UA using Quick Fix and I heartily endorse it. If you can use it I highly recommend it, but if you've already failed one test it's a good chance you'll be observed on your next test. I wish you luck my man. There are lots of details on this board about diluting, which may be your only option at this point, but the most important thing (and the hardest) is to absolutely not smoke again until your test.
